摘要 目的 观察依达拉奉联合丹参川穹嗪治疗老年急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2011年1月至2014年6月96例经颅脑CT或MRI确诊的老年脑梗死患者，运用依达拉奉联合丹参川穹嗪治疗51例（治疗组）和单独使用丹参川穹嗪治疗45例（对照组），分析比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NFDS)、日常生活活动能力（Barthel）指数。结果 总有效率治疗组为88.24%（45/51例）, 对照组为73.33%（33/45例），差别有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组NFDS评分和Barthel指数与对照组比较有显著性改变(P<0.05)。用药后两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论 依达拉奉联合丹参川穹嗪对老年急性脑梗塞有很好的治疗作用。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with Danshen Ligustrazin treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 January to 2014 June 96 cases ofelderly patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed by brain CT or MRI, the use of edaravone combined with Danshen Ligustrazin for treatment of 51 cases (treatment group) and Danshen Ligustrazin used alone for treatment of 45 cases (control group).Comparison of the clinical effect of the two groups, the nerological functional deficit scores(NFDS) and activities of daily livingindex (Barthel). Results the total effective rate of treatment group was 88.24% (45/51 cases), the control group was 73.33% (33/45 cases), there was significant difference (P<0.05). The treatment group the NFDS score and Barthel index compared with the control group had a significant change (P<0.05). and the two groups of patients had no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion edaravone combined with Danshen Ligustrazin has obvious therapeutic effect on elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.
