[摘要] 代谢综合征是动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病和2型糖尿病的多重危险因素。包括血脂紊乱、血压升高、血糖异常、血栓形成和炎症前状态。过多的能量摄入和伴随的肥胖是代谢综合征的主要驱动因素。潜在的代谢和遗传易感性也是发病的关键因素。

[Abstract]The metabolic syndrome is a multiplex risk factor for atheroscleroti ccardiovascular disease and type -2 diabetes.It is composed of atherogenic dyslipidemia,elevated blood pressure,insulin resistance and elevated glucose, a pro-thrombotic state, and a pro- inflammatory state.Excess energy intake and concomitant obesity are the major drivers of the syndrome，underlying metabolic and genetic susceptibilities are critical factors as well.
