【摘要】目的: 探讨静脉用药调配中心临床药学工作内容和意义。 方法: 阐述临床药师在静脉用药调配中心进行处方审核、临床沟通、临床药师培养以及营养支持、抗生素和化疗药物使用等方面的工作内容和意义。 结果: 临床药师在静脉用药调配中心可以通过处方审核改善超说明书用药，降低药占比；促进临床交流，妥善处理不良反应；顺利开展营养、抗生素、肿瘤等专业的临床药学工作；促进临床药师的培养。 结论: 临床药师在静脉用药调配中心工作有助于促进静脉用药调配中心和的临床药学工作发展，提高临床药师的专业技能。

Abstract : Objective To investigate the clinical pharmacy work method in PIVAS. Methods Described the content and significance of clinical pharmacists in PIVAS for prescription, clinical communication, clinical pharmacist training, nutrition support, antibiotics and chemotherapeutic drugs. Results Clinical pharmacists can improve the clinical pharmaceutical work in the clinical medicine, such as intravenous drug use, reduce the proportion of drug, promote the clinical communication, and carry out clinical pharmaceutical work smoothly, and promote the development of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion The work of clinical pharmacists in PIVAS can promote the deployment of intravenous drug use and clinical pharmacy development, improve the professional skills of clinical pharmacists
