摘要:［目的]探讨手术内固定治疗手第五掌骨远端骨折的临床疗效。［方法]回顾性分析2009年4月~2015 年4月采用手术内固定治疗手第五掌骨远端骨折的治疗效果，通过手术时间、骨折复位程度、骨折平均愈合时间、术后手指关节功能，评价手术后疗效。［结果］所有患者获得8～ 14个月( 平均10.5个月) 随访，所有骨折均获得愈合，术后关节功能优良率均超过93.0%，无感染及皮肤坏死，［结论］手术内固定治疗手第五掌骨远端骨折疗效满意。

The observation of internal fixation treatment of fifth hand metacarpal fractures clinical curative effect

Abstract: [objective]To explore surgical internal fixation treatment of hand the clinical curative effect of fifth metacarpal distal fractures. [methods] a retrospective analysis in April 2009 ~ April 2015 by operation of hand fifth metacarpal bone distal fractures treated by internal fixation treatment effect, through the average operation time, the degree of the fracture, fracture healing time, postoperative finger joint function, evaluating the effect of surgery. [results] all patients obtained 8 ~ 14 months (mean 10.5 months) follow-up, all fractures were healed, the rate of good joint function after surgery for more than 93.0%, no infection and skin necrosis, internal fixation treatment of hand surgery. [conclusion] the fifth metacarpal bone distal fracture curative effect is satisfied.
